What people say about Roc Ciers
As a retired UAW member with over 36 years, nowadays it's seldom that you come across someone who’s as dedicated as Roc is in serving his union brothers and sisters. Active members and Retirees. Roc Ciers is a perfect fit to be the next UAW Secretary Treasurer, and he has my vote.

While working with Brother Ciers in the Auditing Department, he would provide creative approaches to effective and efficient solutions. His solutions were member-first focused. While working together on the University of California recognition strike, Brother Ciers drove throughout the night to the respective campuses to ensure members were registered for strike benefits.

Moment of Gratitude
As I continue my journey of service to this great labor organization, the UAW, I want to first thank the members who make it all possible.
To my parents, thank you for your sacrifices, prayers, and unwavering support.
To my late wife, your love and strength still guide me every day. And to my young daughter, you are my greatest inspiration and the reason I remain hopeful for the future.
Everything I do is rooted in gratitude for my family and in our shared commitment to building a stronger UAW for generations to come.
